THE CHALLENGE
Careca Power, an association dedicated to supporting cancer patients, faced significant challenges in effectively communicating with their patients and their families:
Email Management: Their existing system struggled to handle the volume of communications, leading to inefficiencies in responding to patient needs.
No Website: They lacked an online platform that could serve as a reliable and accessible resource for patients seeking information and support.
THE GOAL WAS CLEAR: Improve communication, streamline email management, and develop a website to bridge the gap between the association and its community.
